Shipping

As of September 2024, orders will ship out of St Petersburg, Florida weekly (at a minimum). 

If you are in the Tampa Bay area, local pick up is available. All pick ups require confirmation. 

Gifts

We cannot offer partial gift orders or split shipping on non-custom orders.

All gift options can be found in the Cart page. Gift orders will include a gift receipt for all items, with an optional personalized message.

If you would like your order to be wrapped, please add the Gift Wrap item to your cart prior to completing the purchase.

Refunds

We have a 30 day refund and return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Please use the contact form to start this process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Pre-Orders can be returned for a full refund for 30 days after the pre-order window ends.

Digital purchases cannot be returned for a refund after the point when the files have been downloaded without documentation of a quality or accessibility issue.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded via store credit.

Exchanges

In the event that you received a defective or damaged item, you can exchange it for a replacement within 90 days of purchase. Please use the Contact Form to start this process.
